What is our returns policy?
You can return or exchange any Sock Mama product within 14 days of recieving the item. The item must be unworn and unused. Sock Mama will not cover the return shipping costs, but as soon as the item is recieved we will offer you exchange credit or a refund for the full price of the goods. Sock Mama does not take responsibility for any item lost during the return shipping process.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Before returning a product, please contact us at email@example.com. In the subject line of the email please write either "Exchange" or "Refund". In your email, please state your order number, and your reason for returning the item. We will then contact you with further instructions.
How do I send feedback and complaints?
If you have any feedback or are unsatisfied with a Sock Mama product or service in any way, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with either "Feedback" or "Complaint" in the subject line. We will try our best to address your concerns. Also we strive all the time to improve the quality of our products and service so any feedback is helpful to us!
